   Proposal Description:
   The goal of this project is to look at interaction effect between sleep apnea. Specifically, we want to know whether there is an interaction effect between sleep apnea and APOE 2 allele or APOE3 allele on risk of dementia. We also want to investigate whether people with APOE4 allele are more likely to have sleep apnea.
